Job Description
Protect and enhance the brand image of the portfolio of brands.
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company initiatives, considering channel strategy, advertising, retail sales, and ranking ambitions.
Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Managers to create robust brand marketing strategies with key retailers, driving consumer experience and commercial momentum.
Plan and execute 360 launch and animation calendars, aiming for increased visibility in department stores and controlled growth in other channels.
Drive performance-based marketing through test and learn approach for informed strategic planning.
Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team.
Pitch category expansion opportunities to retailers within the brand portfolio.
Utilize market trends and consumer insights to build strong marketing plans and launch calendars, achieving growth objectives and market share.
Conduct competitive analysis, stay updated on global trends, and lead strategy presentations for key accounts and sales conferences.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of plans.
Lead and train Brand Managers, providing clear goals and responsibilities.
Oversee brand portfolio budgets and forecasts, aligning with business KPIs.
Manage media planning, adapting global strategies to regional market realities, and tracking media investments and competitors' activities.
Develop impactful PR strategies, working closely with agencies and building relationships with influencers.
Lead pricing analysis and recommendations, aligning with global guidelines and local market realities.
The Successful Applicant
Experience:
Minimum 6 years' solid experience in a brand management, category management or similar level marketing role.
Luxury/FMCG background highly regarded
Education:
Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration
