This role is responsible for delivering an innovative and engaging training program, developing training documents and material, and assisting with the quality assurance for staff within the Crown PlaySafe (CPS) team across the 3 properties.
The Group CrownPlaySafe Training & Prevention Manager will work closely with Crown PlaySafe Operations team, the Learning & Development team as well as internal technology/data teams to design, develop and implement training documents and material to deliver to employees within the organisation.
This role can be based in either of our offices in Melbourne, Perth or Sydney.
THE ROLE
Develop training content and oversee delivery to all Crown PlaySafe (CPS) Operations team and identify training opportunities for the team.
Build & maintain relationships across business units to build subject matter knowledge.
Understand the systems, regulatory requirements related to training.
Develop refresher training and maintain training materials with any operational changes and tech uplifts to the CPS team, or as required for ongoing coaching.
Work closely with the CPS General Managers to implement changes into training documents and material.
Develop mechanisms to evaluate and continually improve training content and materials.
Develop prevention and awareness customer-facing programs and contribute to activities to embed a safer gambling culture throughout the organization.
Provide program and administrative support to facilitate the effective delivery of Prevention programs.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in training and evaluation specifically in the uplift of training material to ensure compliance with relevant legislation is adhered to.
Strong continuous improvement project management experience working end to end on multiple successful bodies of work.
Practical experience of the gambling industry and/or financial services is preferred but not required.
Experience working in a risk management and/or regulatory environment is preferred but not required.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at a senior level.
