Using global best practice methods, Clean Seas have been manufacturing sustainable, high quality produce since 2000 and have been publicly listed since 2005.
EGM Partners is working exclusively with Clean Seas to appoint a Group Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations.
Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities include:
Manage the financial accounting, budgeting and forecasting, whilst partnering with the business to support commercial initiatives and provide insights
Lead the Finance team including managing performance, overseeing workload, setting goals, and providing ongoing training opportunities for all team members (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Management/Financial Accounting)
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to provide a clear understanding of the financial performance of their respective business units
Identify and drive continuous improvements in the financial systems and reporting function
Collect, interpret, and review financial information to predict future financial trends
Develop long-term business plans based on financial report and information, and assist the CFO to build strategies that work to minimize financial risk
Manage the timely preparation of monthly management and Board Reports for various entities
Manage year-end financial reporting ensuring the accounts are compliant with all statutory requirements
Assist the CFO with year-end taxation for the group, including reporting and analysis as required
Manage the end-to-end audit processes of current systems - whilst acting as first point of contact for external auditors
You will have:
Experience in a similar role in a medium or large organisation
Experience in managing and overseeing finance teams including AP and AR
Results orientated and actively seeks to improve processes
Competency in managing significant budget requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills
CA or CPA Qualifications
