We are working with this large, service business based in Brisbane. The company has grown from strength to strength in recent years, both organically and through acquisition. They are looking to recruit a technically strong, commercially savvy accountant, who can help drive group reporting as well as navigate some of the commercial operations of the business, understanding key business initiatives. They are now looking for a Senior Financial Accountant / Manager to join their Head office / Australian team.
The Role
Reporting into the Group Finance Controller, your role will be all encompassing, covering these key areas:
Production of all group month end reporting & analysis
Work closely with the Group Finance Controller with the corporate reporting & consolidation (ASX business)
Assist with improving new systems, controls and processes within the business.
Liaise with the different divisions for group budgeting and forecasting issues
About You
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:CA / CPA Qualified
Ability to communicate at all levels, with a sound, can-do attitude
Strong technical accounting (ASX group reporting) ability with good business partnering ability
Ideally exposure to support multiple different (operational) stakeholders
