Group Fitness Instructor

F45 Training Townsville North are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and qualified group fitness instructor or personal trainer to take your career to the next level who wants to take their career to the next level. Hours are guaranteed every week.

Personality is essential - If you're professional, personable, approachable and outgoing read on.

As an F45 Instructor you will run industry-leading Functional and HIIT sessions, assess member fitness levels and promote the studio within the surrounding suburbs of Burdell, Deeragun & Bushland Beach. All applicants must be available from 4.30am weekdays until 7am and also in the evenings between 4:30-7pm for a variety of shifts. Shifts also available mid-morning & weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients by name and build rapport
• Deliver circuit classes, implementing exercises regressions, progressions or modifications
• Motivate gym members during and after training
• Deliver instructions in the F45 terminology
• Ensure clients are using the correct form and technique at all times
• Inspire and promote an energetic environment
• Continue to build the community culture of the studio
• Oversee and manage presentation of the gym including cleaning, challenges, staffing and equipment

Skills & Experience:

• Cert 3 or 4 or other relevant fitness qualification
• F45 experience is definitely a BONUS! :)
• Excellent verbal skills and public speaking
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to motivate clients and develop a strong relationship with them
• Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
• Excellent attention to detail
• Happy, positive, fun and friendly personality

Attributes making you a strong candidate include:

• Mandatory Fitness Certification -(min. Cert III)
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, early AM and evenings every day. Weekends a bonus
• VALID CPR & Provide First Aid (HLTAID001 & HLTAID003)
