Group Fitness Instructors & Personal Trainers

Anytime Fitness Indooroopilly is looking for passionate Group Fitness Instructors and/or Personal Trainers to join our current team of experts.

As an elite coach / Group Fitness Instructor, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for member engagement. From making members feel welcome the moment they step in our club, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through their fitness journey.

You will work closely with our Club Manager to embed group fitness as part of our long-term vision.

Responsibilities include:
Deliver high level fitness sessions – both 1 on 1 and small group sessions
Conduct fitness consultations
Promote personal training programs and services
Develop safe, exciting and comprehensive training programs
Educate members on current health & fitness issues/trends
Provide the highest customer service to all members

Essential Criteria

Self-starter with energy, enthusiasm and motivation
Experience in a range of Group Class systems
Ability to create a fun class atmosphere by - leading exercise, motivating participants, arranging programs, equipment and music, and promoting social aspects
A sound knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition & program design.
Knowledge of safe exercise techniques, potential injuries and the ability to handle emergencies.
A good understanding of customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about health and fitness

Qualifications:
Certificate III and IV in Fitness
Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
Active ABN
Public Liability Insurance
