Group HR Operations Manager
We are a very successful civil construction / engineering business with a proud and long-standing history in Australia.
We are seeking to appoint a Group HR Operations Manager who can navigate across the "full suite of HR functions" and services.
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a small human resource team and champion and deploy best practices and initiatives that are “fit for purpose”.
You will quickly engage and build creditability with stakeholders, aligning priorities and delivering HR solutions that meet the business needs.
You will be accountable for advising,directing and delivering on a broad service portfolio that encompasses the following areas.
- Industrial /Workplace Relations;
- Recruitment and Selection;
- Training and Development;
- Talent Management;
- Performance Management;
- Remuneration and Benefits;
- HR Policies, Controls and Reporting.
A competitive salary package will be on offered to the right candidate. The role will be based in the groups head office which is located in Cardup Perth WA.
