MPK is seeking Group HSEQ Administrator to join our HSEQ Team. Reporting to the Group Manager - Safety, Assurance & Environment, the ideal candidate for this position will be highly motivated, have strong communication and organisational skills and will be proficient in Microsoft Office. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the Group Manager - Safety, Assurance & Environment and Group HSEQ Team
- Assist in the ongoing improvement of the HSEQ management systems and processes.
- Collate HSEQ data within given time frames.
- Compile weekly, monthly and adhoc reports and presentations utilising HSEQ data.
- Coordinate access and maintain MPK’s Event, training, and health management systems as the system administrator.
- Provide training to site-based staff responsible for utilising MPK’s Event, training, and health management systems.
- Manage corporate HSEQ registers and equipment.
- Provide HSEQ information for tender and bidding processes.
- Review invoices and raise Purchase Orders.
The successful candidate will have:
- Formal qualifications not required.
- First Aid certificate.
- High level written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently.
- High level of administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (at a minimum: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint)
- Familiarity with ISO Accreditation and HSEQ Management systems and structures.
- Good listening skills, works well in a team environment, values other opinions and accepts constructive criticism.
