The Role
Lead the way in shaping innovative design concepts and elevating our creative output!
As the Group Marketing manager, you'll drive the creative vision for marketing luxury apartments and mixed use projects from concept to execution, ensuring that every aspect delivers unparalleled immersion and excitement.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Marketing - In alignment with marketing objectives & strategies, provide the creative leadership for the operation of the marketing team
- Display Suites -Lead the development of the design for the display suite layout, mood boards and styling, the setup and ongoing operation of all display suites, including furniture, technology and signage, support the sales team at Project launches, and other events held at display suites
- Brand Management
- Research
- Event Management & Public Relations
- Foster key marketing supplier relationships
Role Requirements
- Luxury Property Development experience required
- Marketing, Business or Public Relations tertiary qualifications
- Independent and can work as part of the team
- Advanced design capabilities & creative insight
- Detailed and focused approach to work
- Organised to meet schedules and timeframes
- Strong communication, negotiation and conciliation skills required to work effectively with internal/external customers/suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal skills/ computer skills
- Comprehensive and efficient user of Microsoft Office & Design software
