Job Title: Group Restaurant Manager (FOH)
Location: Brisbane, Queensland
Salary: Circa AUD 120,000 (neg)
We are currently searching for a highly skilled and dynamic Group FOH Manager to lead the Front of House operations across our client's Multiple venues in Brisbane. Our client is a renowned, award-winning restaurant group based in Queensland, offering a diverse range of cuisines including Italian, Japanese, Asian, and Open Fire cooking, ranging from bakery style to 2 Chefs Hats.

The ideal candidate
For this role will ideally have the right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship or be eligible for a Working Holiday visa) sponsorship can also be considered for the perfect person, with a strong background in FOH operations management. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a multi-site role and will have had a focus on FOH restaurant Operations as an Area Manager, Multi-Site General Manager, or Operations Manager, you will be working in a HOD team of a BOH, Bar and wine.
As Group FOH Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the FOH operations across all venues, ensuring consistency in quality, volume, and style.
* Recruiting, training, and managing FOH staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
* Developing and implementing FOH policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
* Monitoring and managing budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products are sourced.
* Collaborating with other HOD's to ensure smooth operations between the BOH and Bar operations.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A deep understanding of FOH operations, including customer service, staffing, and budgeting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
