The Group Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Design or implement Supply Chain improvements that support business strategies
- Weekly reports for all KPIs to management team
- Manage/ coordinate the sales and operations planning process (S&OP) including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery
- Oversee organisation wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight
- Analyse inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimise customer service
- Oversee the internal and external warehouses
The Group Supply Chain Manager will have:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain)
- Preferred experience in the Pharmaceutical/ Medicine industry, though candidates with a background in FMCG/ Manufacturing will also be considered.
- 10 + years in a management role
- 8 + years leading a Supply Chain team
- Strong understanding of the Supply Chain process with experience reviewing and improving processes
- Leadership skills with the ability to build a strong team culture
- APICS and CIPSA qualifications advantageous
- Ability to speak both English and Mandarin is advantageous but not a requirement
