Group Supply Chain Manager

The Group Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Design or implement Supply Chain improvements that support business strategies
• Weekly reports for all KPIs to management team
• Manage/ coordinate the sales and operations planning process (S&OP) including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery
• Oversee organisation wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight
• Analyse inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimise customer service
• Oversee the internal and external warehouses

The Group Supply Chain Manager will have:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain)
• Preferred experience in the Pharmaceutical/ Medicine industry, though candidates with a background in FMCG/ Manufacturing will also be considered.
• 10 + years in a management role
• 8 + years leading a Supply Chain team
• Strong understanding of the Supply Chain process with experience reviewing and improving processes
• Leadership skills with the ability to build a strong team culture
• APICS and CIPSA qualifications advantageous
• Ability to speak both English and Mandarin is advantageous but not a requirement
