Job description

The Star Entertainment Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager for our Group Supply Chain Operations team.

As the Group Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the Group Supply Chain Operations team to deliver operational functionality and supply continuity for the business. This includes effective end to end management of purchasing and logistics, managing the supply chain operations function including tactical transactions relating to the hospitality, beverage and non-food and beverage categories.

The key to success in this role includes managing the implementation and ongoing improvements for the Group Supply Chain team through driving a culture of adaptability and effective change management, and high-quality stakeholder relationship management.

What are we looking for?

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven Team Leadership and People Management
Strong process design background
Proven ability to identify to identify problems and provide solutions
Organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure to agreed timelines and manage priorities across numerous projects
Advanced stakeholder management skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and SEG systems, including Check SCM, Converga, Oracle ERP Purchasing modules (preferred but not essential)
High attention to detail
The ability to work independently and also as part of a team
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and systems
