About the role

Viterra is currently seeking a Grower Relationship Manager for our Central Region, based in the mid North of SA with some flexibility on location, who will be responsible for managing grower relationships and contributing to the success of our operations business. As a Grower Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with growers in the region, to ensure we can meet their needs.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical abilities, who can turn data into actionable insights and make informed decisions that drive our grower services forward. Additionally, we need someone who is flexible and can adapt to the changing needs of our growers and our organization.

Duties
Managing grower relationships and ensuring the commercial success of both parties
Analyzing market trends and developing service strategies
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region
Coordinating with internal operational teams to contribute to efficient operations
Identifying and addressing grower issues in a timely manner
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on interactions
