As a Growth & Performance Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth opportunities across marketing, digital sales, and personalisation. You will also provide support in defining and co-developing the growth plan - driving innovation opportunities through both existing and new propositions, products, and services.
Key accountabilities:
- Identifying media optimisation opportunities utilizing Market Mix Modelling and industry benchmark studies across strategic marketing and personalisation
- Extract and analyse internal data, developing robust insights strategies, deriving commercial and behavioural insights from aggregated data sets
- Utilise third party data and insights to create unique customer propositions and go to market strategy
- Performing growth opportunity analysis, sizing and business casing including commercial benefits and optimisation of the revenue funnel
- Specifically providing business analytics, reviewing and analysing metrics, identifying future business trends and supporting the function with overall strategic direction and prioritisation.
- Identifying customer and product insights, by blending data with a deep understanding of customer needs and benefits to the bank and our partners, habits, and perceptions – answering some of the “why’s” the organisation may have, allowing us to innovate to drive growth

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Discovery & Insights: Ability to explore, extract and analyse data, produce actionable insights and recommendations, storytelling and measure performance
- Strategic, Planning and Prioritisation: Managing strategic planning across marketing, proposition, Go To Market, personalisation and digital sales strategy & plan and strategic prioritisation
- Agency and Partnership Management: Ability to partner with agencies to build effective relationships, thereby enabling effective marketing solutions & shared business outcomes. In addition, effectively managing budget to optimise working models and challenging agencies to innovate and experiment by looking at best practice outside ANZ to improve solutions for ANZ customers.
- Performance Optimisation: Ability to follow a process by which in market execution and activity is reviewed by all marketing functions via analysis, interrogation, and discovery – leading to further optimisation to ensure target delivery; ascertaining where and why there are shortfalls and areas for optimisation versus the Go To Market plan (including product, promotions, pricing, propositions, creative, media, digital, channel and sales initiatives) to maximise effectiveness.
- Growth strategy, initiative business casing, stakeholder alignment, implementation approach with test & learn cadence , and prioritisation
