As a result, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Host, with min 2 years' previous experience in Hospitality/Retail and the appropriate skill set to join our energetic team at Porsche Centre Adelaide.

Responsibilities & duties will include:
- First point of contact for all customers when entering the Dealership. It is your key responsibility to greet and create a welcoming atmosphere as first point of contact at the shop floor before directing them to the relevant department.
- Ensure qualitative waiting time through hospitable service by serving the customer with refreshments, WIFI access, etc. whilst engaging in pleasant small talk about the brand as well as upcoming dealership activities.
- Build strong relationships with current & new client base.
- Undertake continuous training to ensure brand and product knowledge is maximised at all times.
- Assist with the achievement of all monthly targets - individually and as a team.
- Assist Department Managers across the Dealership with hands-on activities throughout the Dealership.
- Be a brand ambassador at all times - well-presented and well spoken.
Operational tasks include:
- Maintaining a luxury standard of showroom presentation (Tidiness, magazines, beverage availability etc).
- Customer data maintenance.
- Maintenance and check of digital touchpoints.
Required skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Hospitality Role/ Retail or similar.
- Confident negotiation & communication skills.
- Ability to learn and obtain new knowledge continuously.
- Great interpersonal skills - The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a busy environment with a fast turnaround alongside the ability to prioritise value generating tasks - Effective time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities at the one time - across various departments.
- The ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously.
- Up-to-date with automotive industry trends and development.
