The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and experienced customer service specialist to join Comma in Byron Bay. This role will be the first point of contact for guests at Comma, The Director of First Impressions. You are the face of the business that will make people feel immediately at ease. You'll be great at managing your time and competing priorities. Reporting to the owner, this role will assist with therapist management, front of house and back of house duties.
What you need:
● Significant experience in a premium customer service environment
● Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Experience delegating tasks to colleagues
- Experience managing booking software and multiple booking confirmations and requests
- Ability to manage a diary of bookings
● Clear communication skills both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills
● Ability to use initiative and multitask in a busy environment
● Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
● Immaculate grooming and presentation
● Flexible availability to work across weekends
● Experience with shopify (desirable)
● Housekeeping experience (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
● Guest check in, including treatment briefings
- To allocate bookings in a short period of time and maximise a full diary
● Processing payments and rebooking clients
● General administrative duties including answering phones and emails
● Fulfilling retail sales, including online sales
● General housekeeping duties
● Ordering & replenishing front of house and back of house stock
