Your new company:

Nitmiluk Tours is a successful 100% wholly owned and operated Indigenous Tourism Operation within Nitmiluk National Park and is the exclusive provider for touring the breathtaking Nitmiluk Gorge, located approximately 320km South of Darwin Northern Territory, Australia.

From campgrounds to tented accommodation, self-contained cabin and the boutique Cicada Lodge, Nitmiluk Tours has an accommodation option for everyone. Explore Nitmiluk Gorge with us - cruise, fly, canoe, swim, walk and immerse yourself in the ancient culture of the Jawoyn people.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing consistent and high quality service standards throughout their stay.

Some key points include:

  • Welcoming guests on arrival to the Lodge.
  • Assisting guests with all touring reservations.
  • Assist guests with accommodation bookings and enquiries.
  • Serving food and drinks during breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
  • Administer the responsible service of alcohol at all times where required.
  • Posting of client bills within the Property Management System
  • Reconciliation and payment processing on a daily basis.
  • Cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Working across a 7 day operational roster.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (valid for NT).

Desirable:

  • Previous knowledge of RoomMaster, IQ POS and Respax
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Open Australian Drivers License.
