The Perfect Opportunity
Our idyllic Port Stephens Beachside Holiday Parks are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our Guest Services Team!
Who are you? First class guest experience is your jam. You always have your finger on the pulse and are keen to familiarise yourself with Port Stephens to make sure your visitors have the best experience! Your exceptional customer service skills have led you to managing a variety of guest facing operational and administrative duties from reception and check-ins to general assistance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable holiday experience, managing the reservation system and responding to guest enquiries.
Based out of the Port Stephens Halifax and Shoal Bay Beachside Holiday Park, right next to Little Beach, you’ll play an important role within the team, being the first point of contact for all of our visitors.
You’ll be required to work a minimum of 38 hours up to 76 over a 2 week period on a 7 day roster. These roles require a level of flexibility to meet the operational needs of the Port Stephens Beachside Holiday Parks business.

Working from Port Stephens Halifax Beachside Holiday Park, you’ll be joining a team that love welcoming visitors to our region. In fact that's how most of us 'locals' landed here in the first place! Nobody loves Port Stephens more than them. Your team will welcome you, inviting you to make yourself at home. They'll help you discover everything in Port Stephens – the highest lookout, the best surf beach, the restaurant with the best view, the easiest bush walk, the most challenging trek, the freshest produce and the best café!
