As business continues to grow post pandemic, Reserve Hotels is seeking experienced chef's to assist in its inner suburban venues.
To be considered for these roles, you must have proven experience in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
The positions are "hands on" and you may be responsible for the complete management of one of our kitchens, including but not limited to:
- menu planning
- financial reporting
- full stock control
- staff training and management
- OH&S and Food Hygiene
There are also casual roles within the kitchen for experienced persons available and Reserve Hotels pays the higher award rate!
