Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
The Whalers Hotel in Warrnambool requires a qualified and experienced full-time Head chef to be in charge of the restaurant kitchen operations of the hotel. Suitable applicant should have extensive experience as a head chef or equivalent and managed a team of chefs and Kitchen staff.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
Menu planning
Ordering food supplies
Food preparation & food presentation
Monitoring food quality
Staff scheduling & Training and selecting staff
Compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
The suitable applicant should:
Have excellent communication and social skill.

Be punctual and should observe regular attendance.

The employer will offer:
A full-time contract for at least 4 years, extendable for further term
In addition to the annual salary the compulsory Super Guarantee Contribution will be payable.
