The Role

This property is seeking a talented Head Chef with a background in busy gastro pub venues where the focus is on creating lasting food memories. Previous experience in leading a team of passionate chefs, all operations, menu development, training and team motivation. Sous Chef's looking to take the step up, here is your chance.

Skills and Attributes

• At least three years of experience in a fast-paced bistro environment
• A focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
• Manage a strong, established and extremely professional brigade
• Seeking a leader who is an exceptional communicator and has a proactive attitude
• Work with budgets and KPI's
