The Role

This amazing property sitting by the beach in Adelaide's South West is seeking a talented Head Chef with a background in busy gastro pub venues where the focus is on creating lasting food memories. Previous experience in leading a team of passionate chefs, all operations, menu development, training and team motivation.

Skills and Attributes

• At least three years of experience in a fast-paced bistro environment
• A focus on quality
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
• Manage a strong, established and extremely professional brigade
• Seeking a leader who is an exceptional communicator and has a proactive attitude
• Work with budgets and KPI's
