What we are looking for; A passionate, knowledgable, confident full-time executive head chef. Overseeing a team of passionate chefs & FOH to deliver excellence.
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are not looking to throw someone in the deep end, we are looking for someone to come into the group and oversee the operations, staffing, training, food quality and kitchen operations. You MUST have the ability to fill your kitchen roster and be confident in looking out for new staff to continually fill the kitchen to ensure it progresses accordingly.
THE FOOD. We are looking for someone who can create beautiful breakfast dishes and an exceptional lunch and dinner menu while maintaining a strong COGS and minimise wastage in the kitchen. This includes but not limited to negotiating kitchen contracts to ensure best COGS possible. Food direction will ultimately be discussed with VM and owner with most direction coming from the EHC.
