Our practice is relationship-based, focusing on delivering exceptional client outcomes through a comprehensive range of services.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Provide business owners with essential information to make informed decisions.
- Efficiently manage all aspects of Bookkeeping, including:
- Recording financial transactions using automation tools like Xero and Hubdoc.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Processing payroll, including STP reporting and other employer obligations.
- Reconciling bank accounts and key general ledger accounts.
- Preparing reports.
- Liaising with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally within an accounting firm or bookkeeping business.
- Proficiency in using Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and manage a team of bookkeepers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
