Our client is an established & thriving allied health services provider with an impeccable industry reputation. The organisation is entering an exciting growth phase & an opportunity for a Head of Business Development & Marketing to join the team is on offer.
The Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee new business development, account management & marketing
Develop exceptional customer relationships (new & existing) - Corporates, Insurers, Workplace Rehabilitation Providers, GPs, Specialists & Allied Health Providers
Work closely with the senior leaders & operational team to ensure customer requirements are met, ongoing innovation & profitability
Leadership - foster an engaged & high performing culture, providing training & coaching to your team
Devise & implement strategy to optimise competitiveness & performance in relevant markets
Financial management - design & review budgets, ensure targets are being achieved
Uphold the company values & continually strive to provide high quality services to clients & customers
Option to be based in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne or other central location, by agreement
The Benefits:
Salary package of $158-177K OTE ($130-145K + Super + Bonus)
Annual incentive program of up to 20% of base salary ($26-29K + Super)

The Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience across business development, account management & marketing, to leadership level
Skilled at building teams, developing others to reach their potential
Allied health experience & ideally, degree-qualified in a relevant discipline
Adept a fostering relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Energetic, proactive & innovative
A natural communicator, you excel at building credibility & trust
Ability to design & implement strategy - a hands on approach
Outstanding commercial acumen
