Motherβs Day Classic Foundation is seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Customer Experience. As a non-profit dedicated to supporting breast and ovarian cancer research, we're committed to delivering outstanding service to our participants, fundraisers, and donors through our annual fun run and walk.
πΌ Position Details:
Title: Head of Customer Experience
Location: Cremorne, Melbourne
Employment Type: Part-time (4 days per week, 0.8 FTE)
π― Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and oversee the entire customer experience, including handling queries, feedback, and complaints.
β’ Maintain and enhance event registration and fundraising systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
β’ Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce) to enhance user experience and generate segmented reports.
β’ Analyze data and trends to optimize performance and improve processes.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media channels.
β’ Oversee merchandise and bib/timing tag fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
β¨ Qualifications/Experience:
β’ Proficiency in digital customer experience skills.
β’ Experience in managing event registration and fundraising systems, preferably Funraisin.
β’ Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
β’ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
