Mother’s Day Classic Foundation is seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Customer Experience. As a non-profit dedicated to supporting breast and ovarian cancer research, we're committed to delivering outstanding service to our participants, fundraisers, and donors through our annual fun run and walk.
💼 Position Details:
Title: Head of Customer Experience
Location: Cremorne, Melbourne
Employment Type: Part-time (4 days per week, 0.8 FTE)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the entire customer experience, including handling queries, feedback, and complaints.
• Maintain and enhance event registration and fundraising systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce) to enhance user experience and generate segmented reports.
• Analyze data and trends to optimize performance and improve processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Oversee merchandise and bib/timing tag fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
✨ Qualifications/Experience:
• Proficiency in digital customer experience skills.
• Experience in managing event registration and fundraising systems, preferably Funraisin.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
