The Head of Financial Institutions TB Sales, UK & Europe is critical to making this happen and will be responsible to drive new business and financial performance from clients in UK & Europe – including revenue growth, Rev/RWA, ROE, cost management and develop the strategy for UK & Europe in consultation with stakeholders and the Global TBFI team

 

Key accountabilities will include the below

 

  • Lead team in building pipeline of revenue and return accretive deals relevant to target client sub segments     

  • Deliver throw and catch revenue, contribute to total effort revenue, increase multi-product sales, and drive strong collaboration culture across countries, Relationships Managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience via ownership of origination and account management while working closely with Operations partners

  • Shared ownership of risk, control, and governance practices in conjunction with the Head of TB Financial Institutions

  • Advocate for TB Financial Institutions, and promoting the wider Transaction Banking agenda, strategy, and capabilities

  • Manage & develop a high performing team capable of multi-product sales and execution.

  • Manage TB FI people agenda – Learning & Development, Cross skilling, Hiring, Diversity, Well-being

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • An understanding of Clearing, PCM, TSC and FI experience highly valued.      

  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior clients, stakeholders, and counterparts, including Boards, regulators, governments etc.

  • Strong commercial acumen.         

  • Strong people leadership, development, and communication skills.

  • Strong influencing skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a variety of jurisdictions   

  • Proven understanding of risk management, governance, compliance, and regulation
