Strategic Leadership
Shape FCTG's global L&D strategy and framework and drive a true learning culture that balances the organisation's business goals with creating the ultimate learning experience for all our people - no matter where they are.
Provide visionary leadership to the global L&D teams, ensuring alignment with industry best practice.
Maintain a strong 'one team' mindset between the regional and Global Learning and Development teams to ensure consistency in the design and approach of all Learning and Development activities.
Provide ongoing advice to the Regional P&C Leaders and Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) on the optimisation of the Global Learning and Development operating model.
Global Program Design and Implementation
Design and implement comprehensive Global Learning programs that address the diverse needs of FCTG and address both present needs, while at the same time contemplating future needs.
Oversee the development of training materials, modules, and resources to ensure consistency and effectiveness for those programs that are owned by the global team.
Talent Development and Succession Planning
Support people partners and the CPCO in mapping specific development needs and competency/success profiles for Senior Leadership
Performance Management and Evaluation
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement of learning programs.
Compliance and Regulatory Training
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and deliver training programs that ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Monitor and report on training compliance across the organisation.
Cross-Cultural Training and Localisation
Develop and implement training programs that address cultural differences and regional nuances within the multinational workforce.
Ensure localization of learning content to meet the specific needs of diverse global teams.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have…
- 8+ years of progressive experience in senior Learning and Development or related roles
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
Tertiary Qualifications in Organisational Psychology or similar
