The Position

St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School seeks to appoint a collaborative and innovative educator to the position of Head of Junior SchoolWarragul Campus. As an influential and relational leader, the Head of Junior School will play a key role in implementing the School’s Strategic Plan and creating the future of St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School.

Reporting to the Deputy Principal and supporting St Paul’s Anglican Grammar Schools whole school philosophy, the position is accountable for student welfare from ELC through to Year 6, the management of staff within the Junior School, curriculum oversight and development, communications with parents and the positive promotion of the School.

Demonstrating exceptional leadership experience as a current or aspiring Head in a Junior School environment, the appointee will display an obvious drive and passion for primary education. With a personable and engaging communication style and the ability to nurture stakeholder relationships, the appointee will exhibit a clear ability to continue the dedicated leadership experienced by St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School to date. A strong background in educational standards and contemporary assessment will be key to guide the development of our students’ learning journeys.

The Organisation

St Paul's Anglican Grammar School is a multi-campus independent Anglican co-educational early learning, primary, and secondary day school, with campuses located in Warragul and Traralgon, Victoria, Australia. The school is planning to open a new campus in Drouin in January 2025.
