Head of E-Commerce | Poseidon Animal Health

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Head of E-Commerce with a proven track record in scaling brands through e-commerce and digital marketing. This role is both hands on and with significant leadership responsibilities,  both locally and overseas. In this role, the successful candidate will manage and optimise multi-region ad accounts and websites, driving profitability and growth through strategic and commercial marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a dynamic, digital marketer to join us full-time as part of our enthusiastic team. We offer a flexible working environment. 

In a nutshell, your role will look like:

• Develop the digital marketing strategy across multiple categories and regions, to deliver to e-commerce targets and ambition
• Accountable for the end to end E-Commerce sales revenue and marketing spend
• Responsible for creative strategy and developing compelling ad ideas across the portfolio with high conversion rate for scripts,  copy and all marketing materials.
• Execute the marketing plans through the agencies and key partners team, ensuring long term beneficial relationships with high value on creativity
• Develop and manage the marketing calendar and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to set targets for return on ad spend (ROAS),  New Customer targets, Conversion rate and AOV optimisation on website - and for these to drive overall revenue target for e-commerce
• Oversee media buying on Meta platforms and ensure effective content and ad creation.
• Implement and manage basic Google Ads and SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Develop effective subscription marketing strategy, leveraging email flow.
• Develop and execute high reaching email marketing campaigns to attract new users and boost AOV
• Review the performance of Marketing activities across different regions, optimising ad accounts and websites, and providing regular tracking against targets and activities

• You love horses and dogs and want to make it your mission to help them live a healthier, happier life
• You are a master in digital marketing and eCommerce with proven track record in building and scaling brands 
• You have a natural ability for copy-writing and finding the right creative hook
• Organised and disciplined, you leverage data to help adapt and continuously improve marketing activities
• Advanced skills in Shopify, Klavyio, Triple Whale or Motion, Meta platforms
• Experience in CRO and AOV optimisation.
• Experience in managing individuals and agencies external to the business
• Experience in managing multi-region ad accounts and websites.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and SEO.
• Innovative, ambitious with a can do attitude and aptitude to work strategically as well as rolling up sleeves to get the job done
