The role
Reporting to the CEO this role will have total brand responsibility for the business both in terms of category and brand performance. It is both a strategic and hands on role having responsibility for caching and leading the marketing team .
This person will own the campaign and brand assets , work closely with relevant agencies and the Ecommerce and New Product Development team
This person will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership team and be involved in the continual transformation of the business and growth of the stable of brands
To be successful in the role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
- Proven success in a senior Marketing role in the FMCG or Consumer Goods industries
- Passion about the Health and Beauty industry
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Hands on attitude and proven can do capability
- Proven success in growing brands and categories
- High level of financial and commercial acumen
