The Opportunity
This opportunity encompasses the overall responsibility for the delivery of our global strategic plan in Australia. Executing the marketing strategy to increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term. Delivering consistent, brand-aligned marketing designed collateral and experience across all products and customer touch points for Market. Supporting the growth of the Australian direct to consumer and eCommerce business.
It is a highly specialised senior leadership role that will implement the global brand strategy in alignment with business model innovation and optimisation strategy. It is a role aimed to execute go to market channels for Fisher & Paykel Appliances and contribute to the achievement of our brand strength.
This is where you come in
You'll you will lead a team of Marketing Managers, Design Development Managers and Experience Centers to execute the influencer strategy to drive expert advocacy and lead generation. Driving continuous process improvement, you will enhance cross functionality and measurable marketing effectiveness of the influencer strategy. You will be the primary liaison with sales, customer experience, product management and global marketing to ensure effective in-market product delivery of all new products.

We are changing fast, and the market is changing with us, so you will need to have a digitally focused forward thinking approach to be at the forefront of engaging our future customers.
So who are you?
You’ll be a focused leader, ideally with leadership experience in a marketing role, you will understand premium markets and may have experience specifically in durable goods and with manufacturing companies. You will utilise our in-house Global Marketing team and work collaboratively to ensure alignment on market strategy execution. You will clearly understand our customer persona and know the right levers to pull to engage them, whilst keeping your finger on the pulse of how we change to continuously connect with our customers across our brands.
You will be highly executional with a passion for driving global strategy, putting structured plans in place to achieve our strategic imperatives and increase market share. You’ll provide insights through analytics, understanding and focusing on what creates whole of business value.
