Chisholm is seeking an experienced and student-focused Head of Programs for our Frankston Tech School.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of Programs, Frankston Tech School, your key responsibilities include:
- Provide ongoing leadership and support to facilitation and teaching staff, where every member of the team is empowered to innovate and excel
- Support the review of learning experiences, implement solutions to continually improve programs, and support the Director in reporting on progress against targets
- Lead the development of forward-thinking curriculum initiatives that push the boundaries of traditional Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) education
- Contribute to the development of communications and community engagement programs and strategies including social media, newsletters, research articles, presentations, public events, etc.
- Lead the engagement of industry and school partners
- Build and leverage strategic relationships with partner organisations to promote the vision and goals of Frankston Tech School.
Deliver innovative STEAM-focused learning experiences to secondary school audiences, as well as internal staff, partner schools, industry and community stakeholders, and the broader community, where required.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Graduate or Bachelor Degree in teaching or education
- Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline.
