Capstone are proud to be working with a private equity backed, Elite ServiceNow Partner, who are looking for a Head of ServiceNow to focus on the FSI Sector.
The organisation already has an established ServiceNow delivery team of 32, with a mix of Architects, Developers, Project Managers, BA’s, Testers both onshore and offshore (8).
As well as ServiceNow the organisation offers Cloud Services, Unified Communications, Network, and Digital.
There are existing FSI customers for you to cross sell ServiceNow to. Relationships with the ServiceNow FSI Account Managers and you will have full support from an established marketing team.
Your remit is to grow the ServiceNow footprint in the existing customers and develop new ones.
Flexible working, work from anywhere in Australia (offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide)
Person profile
FSI Sector knowledge (most likely tier 2 financial services customers)
Experience in Technology Consulting and Implementation and 5+ working on ServiceNow.
Technical and business consulting pre-sales experience.
ServiceNow architect experience.
Experience in integration of ServiceNow in a broader technology ecosystem and the ability to lead design sessions with clients.
Experience in constructing multi-year managed application service solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of Service management and ITIL practices
Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions.
Talented at explaining complex topics clearly and concisely; effective at providing practical guidance.
Competitive package ($200k-$250k inc. super), performance-based bonus, and benefits.
