As the Head of Transformation & Change, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives to transform business processes encompassing supply chain, operations, digital transformation and experience. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and project portfolio functions to ensure deliverables are being achieved to help meet company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with the company's vision, goals, and market trends.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization.
- Project/PMO Management: Oversee the execution of Transformation projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to gain buy-in, alignment, and support for transformation initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Transformation efforts, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team of Transformation professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive results.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Change Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and agility, empowering employees to embrace change and drive positive outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading transformational change initiatives in a large retail or consumer-facing organization.
- Proven track record of successfully driving complex transformation projects from conception to implementation, delivering measurable business results.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
