An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a State Government department-based North of the River. This role requires you to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis. This department is close to public transport and has plenty of car parks nearby.
Your new role
As an experienced Health Administrator you will be responsible for taking on a range of office duties, in which will support several managers with everyday administration duties. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Meeting clients
Distribution of agendas
Minute taking and completion of minutes
Managing the managers and departments diaries
Monitoring of several generic emails
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role within a Government department is desirable. You will also have experience in the following:
Full Secretariat knowledge
Exceptional skills in MS 365 and office programs
Excellent communication skills
