About the role
Inner West Council is currently seeking a motivated, outgoing and inspiring individual with a passion and genuine interest in improving people’s lives through health and fitness.
As the Health and Fitness Supervisor, you will contribute to the health and wellbeing of the Inner West community through the supervision of Inner West Council Aquatic Centre gym areas. You will provide high level of customer service, quality control and safety and you will ensure all programs conducted are safe and meet industry and Inner West Council Aquatic Services standards. You will directly supervise the delivery of quality fitness assessments and exercise programs to Centre users.

Remuneration
$63,805.56 - $71,052.80+ Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
Accredited in the provision of Health & Fitness programs (e.g. TAFE Certificate III or IV in Fitness)
Registered with Fitness NSW via Fitness Australia
Experience and demonstrated ability to supervise, plan and manage a team of gym instructors or trainers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
