International SOS is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to assist us at a client site located in Perth.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Health Assessments for our client. You will be expected to perform the following screenings for the Client staff members:

• The Client's tailored lifestyle and medical history questionnaire review
• Weight, weight and body mass index (BMI)
• Waist circumference and body fat percentage measurement
• Blood pressure
• Non-fasting blood glucose and total cholesterol by finger prick testing
• Result review and interpretation by registered medical practitioner
• Result documentation based on the Client's tailored reporting template

You will be providing primary healthcare services to the standards set out by International SOS policies and procedures and initial emergency response where required.

About you

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as Registered Nurse
• Excellent clinical assessment skills in a primary health care environment
• Current Basic Life Support certificate
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a autonomous environment with patients from culturally and linguistically diverse groups
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Full working rights in Australia
