Mona Vale Hospital and Brookvale Community Health Centre.

What you'll be doing

Perform all components of the Document Imaging scanning process including preparation, scanning, quality control, validation and archiving. Relieve HIS clerks to cover breaks or as directed by Health Information Services Managers or Clerical Supervisors.

Attend to enquiries for and process release of information request for internal and external parties and other requests for information in alignment with Ministry of Health Health Guidelines and hospital policy relating to Information Privacy.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Previous clerical experience including keyboard and word processing skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of Information Privacy principles.
