The Health & Physical Education Assistant provides administrative and general support to the Health and Physical Education Department. In this busy role you will assist with communication and the accurate and timely flow of information to students, parents and staff, as well as being responsible for assisting the Head of Health & Physical Education and the Sport Coordinator (K-12) with the smooth running of this busy department resulting in the efficient coordination of annual and one-off sporting events.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a school environment
- A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Possess current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- MR Licence to drive the College Bus highly desirable
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
- A willingness to promote and support Catholic values as a member of the St Mary MacKillop College community.
