The role
- Take the lead responsibility for all Health & Safety aspects of civil construction projects
- Positively influence the health and safety culture and performance of the project
- Develop, implement, and own the health and safety strategy
- Approach projects with a continuous improvement mindset
About you
- Previous experience in a similar safety role with leadership experience
- Experience in coaching to develop safety peers and project personnel in Health & Safety
- Civil construction experience ideally on large infrastructure
- You will have a relevant Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety combined with extensive experience on large scale rail projects, ideally in Australia.
