Your Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Managers, to join our very successful project team. As a SHE leader, you will be working closely with the wider Project Team to effectively drive continuous improvement in safety culture by assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, initiating performance improvements, and sharing best practices and lessons learned. This is your chance to join a Tier 1 construction contractor that is leading the way in Safety.
Please note these roles will be FIFO on a 14:7 Roster.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety
- Recent experience in a HSE Manager position within the construction industry.
- Proven experience leading a team of HSE personnel
- Ability to implement and oversee project and subcontractor HSE plans
- Knowledge of OHS&E principles and regulations, Industrial Relations, and Workers Compensation Legislation
- Ability to accurately record activities and ensure business process are adhered to
- Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do.
