SalaryJob Description:NOV Downhole require the services of a Junior Workshop Technician to service our stock of Downhole Drilling Tools. This will include the assembly, disassembly and testing of Drilling Motors, Drilling Jars, Agitators, Fishing tools and Coil Tubing Equipment. The successful candidate will require the desire to learn on the job as well as receiving internal specialized training both within our Perth facility and possibly overseas as required. A forklift ticket would be advantageous but not a requirement as this can be done once employment commences.Able to work in a small team and be customer focused to meet the deadlines of the customer whatever the requirements, therefore overtime will be required either scheduled or ad hoc due to the nature of the business. Higher HSE focused as our team has a record of over 4,000 days without an LTI.We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and ability to work as an integral team member.
