We have an exciting opportunity at our Taren Point office for a motivated and driven Full Time Sales Coordinator within our Home Builders Department! 

A Homebuilder Sales coordinator role is responsible for looking after selected customers aligned with the Harvey Norman Commercial Sales Rep to process the purchase orders for various job sites. They will be required to coordinate stock & deliveries when required by the customer.  Will need to provide excellent customer service with high level of communication to the customers & sales representative.

Responsibilities

• Confirm orders with customers
• Enter orders into computer system great plains
• Ordering stock from various suppliers for customer orders
• Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods.
• Keeping track of all open orders by checking on stock levels delivery dates and payment
• Confirming details on orders are correct with the customer, such as delivery address, site contact, products and quantities.
• Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Punctuality re: commencement of work
• Follow company policy and procedures as well as security procedures
• Attention to detail in all aspects of your work

Requirements

• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels

• Superb organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
• Personal & professional presentation
• Ability to resolve issues & work in a busy team environment
• Data entry accuracy with an eye for detail
• Intermediate computer skills

• Great plains experience desired but not necessary as we are able to provide training
