About Us
Home Nursing Group - a Healthcare Australia Company, provides a variety of direct support services for our Home Care (Aged in the Home) Customers and we currently have a number of Permanent part-time and Casual positions available in Port Macquarie so are looking for passionate and caring people to join our team to deliver these services.
About The Role
As a Nursing Assistant, you will get a chance to create a positive impact to elderly clients living at home, through the promotion of independence and choice. The role reports through to the Care and Support Coordinator and will suit someone with a caring nature and genuine desire to support our clients to live independently in the community. You will deliver high-quality assistance to clients using a person-centred approach. This role involves nursing assistance, personal care, social support, domestic duties and other tasks as directed.
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for supporting elderly people and respect what they want to achieve in their lives. You will display positive energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion to support our clients to live independently.

To be considered
Experience supporting the elderly
Cert III in a relevant field
Sector experience desirable but not essential
Valid AU Drivers Licence
Reliable vehicle to transport between customer locations (KM's are paid)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
Vaccinated against COVID and current Flu
