With KinCare you will focus on supporting elderly people to continue living in their own homes, while maintaining their independence and connection to the community. This includes both domestic assistance and social services such as organising outings, cooking, pet care, cleaning, gardening, and transportation. You'll help review care plans to understand their goals and needs, use an app top track important information and spot any hazards to ensure their safety.

We're looking for people with these qualities:
Experience working within the Aged Care sector - Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support would be great.
You want to help our customers, who are some of the most vulnerable and deserving people in our community, to live independent and fulfilling lives
Friendly with good relationship-building skills and respectful of dignity and privacy
You use a smart phone (avoids travel to the office) and can help your clients with theirs!
You have a current Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role
