As a home care worker, you’ll help support our clients to maintain their independence and live at home for longer. Your personalised care and empathetic companionship will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!
We are growing and have multiple positions available in the South West Sydney region for all levels of experience, applications are encouraged from passionate and dedicated care workers with opportunities for 20 hours per fortnight employment.
Your work may include:
- Assisting our clients with their daily living needs such as light housework, cooking and meal preparation
- Helping clients with showering, dressing and grooming
- Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
- Providing social support and community engagement

To be successful you will have:
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current valid driver’s licence
- A reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable). If you’re not currently qualified, we can help get you there through our training organisation IRT Academy
