About Our Home Care Workers:
You are the heart and soul of our organisation, delivering our mission by partnering with members of our community to support their fullness of life. Our Home Care Workers work in the community to support our elderly customers with domestic cleaning tasks and shopping errands.
Tasks include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchens, running shopping errands etc
About You:
We are currently seeking Home Care Workers with experience in Home & Community Care, who are willing to travel to client homes to provide care, to join our friendly and professional team.
Our clients located in the Inner Eastern and Western Suburbs such as -
City of Booroondara - Glen Iris, Ashburton, Balwyn, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Canterbury
City of Manningham - Bulleen, Templestowe, Doncaster.
Footscray, Keilor, Melton, Point Cook, Sunshine, Sydenham, Werribee, Williamstown
You will be friendly, caring and resilient. A true professional who genuinely wants the best for your clients.
You will bring the following -
Recent Police Check specific to working with vulnerable people (within 3 months) or be willing to get one through us
Own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Drivers’ Licence (please note, International Drivers’ Licence is not accepted for this role)
Your own smartphone (either Android or Apple)
Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills required
2 doses of Covid-19 Vaccine (mandatory)
