Your RoleYour role exists as Case Manager in our Home Claims team is to support our customers in their time of need. This is a critical role within our contact centre.
As a Home Claims Case Manager you will be responsible for the end to end assessment of Home and Contents insurance claims. This involves the gathering of documentation and information necessary for the assessment whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Your duties & responsibilities- Authorise repairs or refer to specialist teams when required
- Provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage the end-to-end assessment of Home and Contents insurance claims
- Receive inbound calls via the Existing Claims line, providing customers with updates on the status of their claim and actioning any queries
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal specialists, in order to manage the claims process towards finalisation
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
- Contact centre and/or claims processing experience is preferred
- Passion for customer service and can offer a high-quality client experience
