ABOUT THE ROLE
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a Bank with a large presence nationally. They are growing their Retail division across a number of locations and currently there is an opening for a Home Lending Portfolio Manager to join on a Permanent basis. You will provide a thorough, consultative and nurturing service to your portfolio ensuring each client receives a premium service.
KEY DUTIES:
Take over the management of the current lending portfolio of 400-500 high net worth clients, managing the existing relationships with Home Loan customers
Offer other products and services tailored to individual financial goals
Ensure compliance and administrative requirements are met, utilising relationship officers within the team to assist with daily administration
Reach out to all non-lending banking customers to discuss their home lending situation and options
Introduce, promote and assist customers with digital banking solutions to meet their needs
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities that will deepen your skills and expertise
PERSON REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant experience in personal lending products experience (including mortgage lending)
Have a proven track record of customer excellence gained in Banking
Higher School Certificate completion is essential and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
Have a desire to develop your financial expertise
Be solutions focused
